Steve has been a follower of Jesus since 1972, and has served as part of the pastoral staff at Kettlebrook Church since 2018. Steve identifies with several of the non-addictive hang ups that CR helps us confront: anger, control, selfishness, and being love-disabled are a few that come to mind too easily. Further, CR has helped Steve address negative ruts of thinking and turn those into positive paths of thinking centered on what Jesus has accomplished for each of us on the cross. “Whatever is true… whatever is pure… whatever is lovely… dwell on these things.”
Steve loves the inclusiveness of CR for all people, from all walks of life and enjoys getting to know people, moving toward a deeper friendship with each one.
I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul will make its boast in the Lord; the humble will hear it and rejoice. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together. – Psalm 34:1-3 (NASB)
